The driver will drive the truck with the bin full of materials on a scale at the landfill. That weight is recorded. After the bin is dumped, the truck is weighed again. The difference is the weight of the material that was in the bin. We charge $98.00/tonne for the exact weight of the material. This fee is prorated. We do not charge a minimum one tonne fee, however, if the weight is under 1 tonne a fee of $10.00 will apply.
