HOW IT WORKS
1. CHOOSE YOUR DUMPSTER RENTAL SIZE:
Determine which size of dumpster rental your project requires. If you are having difficulty, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
2. CHOOSE A DELIVERY AND PICK-UP DATE FOR YOUR DUMPSTER RENTAL:
Once you know the dumpster rental size you need, please select a delivery and pick-up date using our booking form.
3. CONFIRM YOUR DUMPSTER RENTAL WITH A DEPOSIT:
After submitting your dumpster rental request we’ll contact you to confirm and to collect a mandatory deposit. Deliveries cannot be scheduled without a deposit.
4. FILL YOUR DUMPSTER RENTAL:
Our driver will deliver the dumpster rental on the requested date for you to fill. If you fill the bin before your rental period ends simply call us to arrange an early pick-up.
5. WE COME GET THE DUMPSTER:
When your dumpster rental period nears an end we’ll contact you to confirm the pick-up date and time.
6. DUMPSTER RENTAL FINAL PAYMENT:
Once our driver dumps your dumpster rental at the landfill they will receive a weigh bill with the total weight of material. With this, we will create an invoice and provide it to you via email.
If the invoice is less than initial deposit, funds will be returned to you. If your invoice is more than your deposit, we will notify you of the outstanding amount.

We offer same day delivery when possible but always guarantee delivery within 24 hours!

What Can And Can’t Go In The Bin?
Customers should be aware that placing non-acceptable items in the dumpster rentals will incur additional fees. This policy ensures the proper handling and disposal of all materials, in compliance with environmental regulations. Please refer to our list of acceptable and non-acceptable items to avoid any extra charges during your dumpster rentals.

FAQ
How much notice is required to schedule a bin rental?
We will try to accommodate a same day bin delivery, however, if it is not possible we can guarantee delivery of the bin the very next day.
What types of materials are permitted in the bin?
Unfortunately, there are some types of materials that we are unable to accept. Please click here to see which materials are accepted.
Do the bins have lids?
We have several bins that have lids. These bins are helpful during the winter months, as the bin will not fill up with snow.
Will the bin damage my driveway?
No, our team member will put wooden boards under the bin so that it never comes in contact with your driveway.
What is considered clean fill?
Clean fill is uncontaminated soil & dirt, rocks, stones, bricks, concrete and asphalt. In order to be able to pay a flat rate for disposal, the material cannot be mixed.
Can I keep the bin longer than 7 days?
Yes. Please let us know if you would like the bin longer than the rental period. A fee of $8.99 per additional day will apply.
What if I am done with my bin before the end of the rental period?
You can keep the bin for up to 7 days. However, if you would like the bin removed sooner, please call us and we will schedule the pick up promptly.
Can I fill the bin higher than the sides?
No. Please fill the bin only level to the sides. Due to safety reasons, we cannot transport a bin that is overflowing.
What areas do you offer bin rentals?
We serve Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and surrounding areas. We may be able to provide a bin outside of our service area for an additional fee. Contact us to see if we can help you.
How is the disposal fee calculated?
The driver will drive the truck with the bin full of materials on a scale at the landfill. That weight is recorded. After the bin is dumped, the truck is weighed again. The difference is the weight of the material that was in the bin. We charge $115.00/tonne for the exact weight of the material. This fee is prorated. Minimum 1 tonne charge will apply.
